New Precautionary Measures
The safety of our team and guests are our top priority. As we strive to create the best experience, you may notice a few changes at your next visit with us.
Some of these changes are mandated by the state, and some will be done on our own initiative through recommendations from the Pro Beauty Association (PBA). We want to make sure we are doing everything possible in regards to our stylist’s safety, along with the community as a whole.
Please be sure to follow our social distancing notice found within the salon.
While it is going to take some time for all of us to adjust to this “new-normal,” please know that all of these procedures are being implemented to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Social Distancing
Since we are required to adhere to “social distancing” regulations, we have reduced the number of our stations - each kept at a minimum of six feet apart.
Masks
All stylists and clients are required to wear masks at all times while in the salon.
Please feel free to bring your own mask - but we will have masks available for purchase if needed.
Before Your Arrival
Just before your arrival, please call us to let us know you are close to the shop. Someone from our staff will call you back to let you know when we are ready for you to come in.
Upon Your Arrival
Upon entering, you will be offered a mask if you did not bring your own.
You and your stylist will then wash hands before being seated at your station.
Blow Dry Services
Although we consider blow-outs one of the best parts of the service we provide, we will not be offering blow dry services for the time being, due to time limitations and concern for others.
We look forward to when we are back in full swing and can provide you with the exceptional styling services you have come to expect.
Policy Changes
Unfortunately at this time, no-one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. This includes children, family, friends or pets. No exceptions.
We kindly ask you to please refrain from bringing in any personal belongings with you. This includes bags/purses, coats & jackets. We also kindly ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone during your appointment.
At this time, beverages will not be served. Please refrain from bringing in any beverages and/or food.
Payment and Rebooking
All transactions and rebooking will be done at the station, so as to avoid people congregating.
We ask that you try to pay by credit card and avoid cash, to keep transmission risk low.
We appreciate your support with any retail purchases. Please let your stylist know which products you wish to purchase, which will be brought to you at the end of your visit. Please refrain from touching all products within the salon.
Added Safety
We understand that you may be nervous in regards to your appointment, and we will do our very best to alleviate your concerns. The Michael Albor Salons are taking extra precautions by placing dividers in between each work-station, to minimize community contact, and ensure the safety of each stylist and guest.
After each guest departs, the stylist will sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including chair, counter space, mirrors, and doors.
Upon arrival, each client will receive their own pre-packaged “sanitized-kit” to endure added safety. This includes a cleanly laundered smock, cape, comb and brush that have been thoroughly sanitized as needed.
After your service is completed, you will be kindly asked to sanitize your hands upon checking out.
